It’s Time to Take Inspired Action (#83)

How we take action with things that are important to us can make all the difference in the world. Well, wait, what difference does it make in how we take action? Isn’t taking action, action? Yes to a certain degree. We need to take inspired action.

The fact is that many of us have aspirations in life and we just feel like we want to do something with substance. The way we go about reaching our goals is important because you need to have inspired action. An inspired action is a different type of action. It’s an action that comes deep within and has all the goodness in the world behind them.

Being deliberate

When something means a lot to us we have a way of putting in more effort to make it happen in a certain way. A deliberate way.  Then you can go about it methodically. With passion.

For example a sandwich artist. A person who enjoys crafting amazingly flavorful sandwiches doesn’t just throw the ingredients together. No, they take inspired action with each and every sandwich.

They will spread the mayonnaise across the bread and distribute it evenly. The meats will all go on in a certain way whether folded or diagonal. It all goes together to look beautiful and to taste amazing with just the right flavors hitting your pallet at just the right moment. Do you think I am kidding?! These sandwich artists pour their hearts and souls into what they do and it shows, in presentation and flavor.

As we go through life we should reflect on the things we do and what they mean to us. Being intentional and taking inspired action will feel way more rewarding than just slapping things together and calling it a day. Think about it.

Realizing a passion

When I was younger and I was customizing cars I put so much of myself into each car and didn’t really realize it until some of my customers would point things out. One example I received was my attention to detail while doing electrical wiring for neon lights.

I always methodically placed wires in a certain way that would look like art when complete. Positive wires would be on the left and negative on the right, they would be placed evenly across a panel with no gaps, and always finished end caps to ensure no arking.

The above example when completed wouldn’t even ever be in view. They were in sealed compartments under the vehicle or under seats. It was because I had taken inspired action. It was a sense of pride in my work and I absolutely loved it.

My inspired action with cars was because my dream was to work on customizing cars and having it as a business. It was a gut feeling that I would be great at it and I pursued it. It is best described as a gut feeling or intuition that it was meant to be for me.

You have to turn your dream into a reality and the only way to that with success is to have the desire to do it. When it’s deep within nothing can stop you, so make sure that you give it your all! Find clarity in your life to pave the way for accomplishing your dreams.

Conclusion

Inspired action needs to be the action you take that is filled with all the goodness within you. Follow your gut feeling and make your dreams come true. Have pride and show it in everything you do. Pass it on!
