I hear a lot of parents telling me that they have missed so many activities for their kids due to not having flexible schedules. By learning how to set and achieve goals I now know how to create a daily allotment of tasks. Sometimes I am finding that the tasks I created for the day end up taking way longer, but at that point, I get to decide if I keep going or stop for the day.
Most times I will continue because I know that the end result will truly afford me the ability to do the things I want. Working hard and pushing though makes me feel more accomplished.
