Initial greet and to see if there is a good fit. It is important to have a mutual understanding of expectations right out of the gate.

Based on time spent in one-on-one sessions. One-hour sessions per calendar day. We can do once-a-week one-hour sessions, every other week, once a month, or whatever is necessary to get you in the right direction.
